Service content

Provide 24-hour hotline service, provide pre-sale consultation, in sale arrangement and after-sales complaint handling service support. Pre sales service:


According to the customer's requirements, both parties jointly draw up the implementation plan, fully consider the user's requirements in system function and quality, draw up specific design, solutions, and provide technical advice from engineers.


On sale services:


Before the installation and use of products,pics or videos will be made and offered to customers for better understanding. The system shall be delivered for use after being checked and accepted by the purchaser. The design and construction of the system shall be carried out in strict accordance with the contract requirements and the standards of relevant national departments.


After-sale service:


Provide maintenance of products and accessories from the date of product installation and acceptance, and provide good technical support and preferential supply of spare parts.
